Dear Clinton,

I have never run across a person whose services, commitment and integrity I could recommend more highly than yours/ We got quotes from at least half a dozen painters before we had ours painted. Even when we met to get the quote, I felt you were a very honest and honorable man, who would do a good job for us.

As you know, our lake home is owned by myself, my brother and my mother. As with most family matters, it’s hard to get everyone to agree on something…such was the case with our paint colors. We live 2 hours away from each other, so after consulting with the paint chips over the phone, we arrived at colors, which we asked you to paint our house and trim. You did an excellent job and followed my directions to a tee…However, when my brother arrived at the lake house, we realized that he and I had misunderstood each other as to how much of the trim would be painted the contrasting color.

When I called you back to tell you about our family misunderstanding and that I would like you to come back and paint some more trim, you said it would be no problem. Then I asked you the big question…How much would it cost to fix my mistake, since I had to foot this bill on my own??? To my amazement, you said there would be no charge. You wanted to do whatever needed to be done to finish the job to our satisfaction. We were all amazed!!!!

Not only was your work impeccable, but your integrity and honor were beyond belief.
